Refund policy

Consumers are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for bookings made via our website, by email, or by telephone.

After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, refunds are generally excluded.

Participants may nominate a replacement participant. Acceptance of a replacement participant is subject to prior approval by SITOS and is not guaranteed.

For Private Cooking services, the following applies: In the event of a cancellation within seven days prior to the agreed date, no refund will be granted. Any costs already incurred for groceries or other necessary materials must be borne in full by the participant.
