Summary of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

• By booking any offer provided by SITOS, participants agree to the General Terms and Conditions.

• A contract is concluded upon booking and the subsequent written booking confirmation issued by SITOS.

• All prices are calculated in accordance with the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG) and are exempt from VAT.

• The full invoice amount must be paid in one payment. Installment payments are not available. For individual bookings, payment must be received within three days of the invoice date. Website bookings are due immediately.

• Separate Cancellation and Refund Policies apply to withdrawals, cancellations, and refunds.

• Travel to and from the event is the sole responsibility and expense of the participant.

• Participants are required to inform SITOS in advance of any allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or health restrictions.

• Minor changes to the program, schedule, or accommodation may occur, provided that the overall nature of the event is not significantly affected.

• Participants may be excluded from an event in cases of serious misconduct, violations of house rules, or the consumption or possession of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances. In such cases, no refund will be granted.

• Participation is generally at the participant’s own responsibility. Liability for damages is limited to the extent required by applicable law.

• SITOS accepts no liability for personal belongings or consequential costs, including travel expenses or cancellation fees charged by third parties.

• Photo, video, and audio recordings may be taken during events for documentation and marketing purposes. Any objection must be communicated before the start of the event.

• German law shall apply. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.
